Exclusively for readers of the Fantasy Premier League Briefing, The Scout has singled out six players worthy of consideration for Gameweek 7, the deadline for which is 18:30 GMT on Friday.
Sadio Mane (LIV) £12.0m
The Liverpool winger can outshine team-mate Mohamed Salah (£12.4m) at home against West Ham United. He has outscored the Egyptian by 37 points to 17 in their last four Gameweek appearances together and can be found in only 9.5 per cent of squads, compared with 47.6 per cent for Salah. Mane can add to the four goals he has scored in the Hammers' last three visits to Anfield.
Ben Chilwell (CHE) £5.8m
The creative left-back has enjoyed an exceptional start to his Chelsea career in FPL, combining a goal and two assists with two clean sheets to total 27 points over just three appearances, A trip to Burnley promises a bumper haul for Chilwell, given the Clarets have scored only one goal in the last four Gameweeks.
Ollie Watkins (AVL) £6.0m
A home encounter with Southampton gives the Aston Villa forward an opportunity to get back on the scoresheet. Watkins thrived against Liverpool's high defensive line in Gameweek 4, earning 19 points, and he now faces a Saints side who have struggled when facing opponents with pace up front, having conceded five goals against Tottenham Hotspur and three against Chelsea.
Allan Saint-Maximin (NEW) £5.3m
A new role up front could help transform the Newcastle United star’s potential in FPL. The Frenchman partnered Callum Wilson (£6.5m) in a two-man strikeforce against Wolverhampton Wanderers last weekend and now hosts an Everton side who are without a clean sheet in the last five Gameweeks, conceding twice on four of those occasions.
Jack Harrison (LEE) £5.5m
The Leeds United winger has produced eight key passes in the last two Gameweeks, second only to the 10 of Bruno Fernandes (£10.5m) in Fantasy. He can unlock a Leicester City side who have kept just one clean sheet in five matches, offering a cut-price source of points in midfield.
Branislav Ivanovic (WBA) £4.5m
The West Bromwich Albion centre-back can provide major value when he visits Fulham. The Baggies have conceded just one goal in their two matches with Ivanovic in the starting XI, while his total of three shots in the box from Gameweek 5 onwards is the second-highest among defenders in FPL.
