The Scout is selecting four overlooked players who could be set for a breakout Gameweek 29 in Fantasy Premier League.

Danny Welbeck (BHA) £5.5m

The Brighton & Hove Albion forward is owned by just 0.3 per cent of managers for his home encounter with Newcastle United.

After recently recovering from injury, Welbeck could have a decisive impact for Brighton on Saturday.

After a string of substitute appearances, he returned to the starting line-up against Southampton last weekend, and he was quick to make an impact.

His assist for Leandro Trossard (£5.7m) helped Brighton to their first victory since a 1-0 success at Liverpool in Gameweek 22.

Welbeck's GW28 assist

While he has been limited to only 15 appearances this season, Welbeck has been an influential figure in the Seagulls’ attack when selected.

Indeed, he has been involved in 50 per cent of their goals when on the pitch, a team-leading figure.

Encouragingly, Welbeck has produced attacking returns in four of his eight starts.

Vulnerable visitors

His potential is lifted further by Newcastle’s poor form on the road.

Away from home, they have conceded 225 shots, 147 shots in the box and 77 shots on target. Each those totals put them among the bottom threes sides this season.

At a cost of just £5.5m, Welbeck can exploit those frailties and offer terrific value for the reduced round of matches.
