The West Bromwich Albion midfielder amassed 44 points last month, which included a season-high score of 21 points in Gameweek 30.
Pereira struck twice at Chelsea and added a couple of assists, before scoring again in Gameweek 31.
More points followed in the 2-2 draw with Aston Villa in Gameweek 33, with Pereira netting his ninth Premier League goal of the season.
The Brazilian's 134 total points this season have also included six assists and 15 bonus points.
