Mykolenko has helped Everton keep clean sheets in two of their first three matches under new manager Sean Dyche.
However, he has been overshadowed by the output of his fellow defenders James Tarkowski (£4.3m) and Seamus Coleman (£4.4m).
They have each scored one of Everton’s two goals since the arrival of Dyche and have 24 points apiece, compared with the 12 of Mykolenko.
However, the underlying numbers show he has been far more involved in Everton's attacks than Coleman.
Mykolenko has received 28 passes in the final third of the pitch under Dyche, more than twice the 12 of Coleman.
He also betters him for crosses, by six to three and by two chances created to one.
Added to Everton’s improved defensive displays, Mykolenko offers an alternative route into their backline for Double Gameweek 25.
