Jimmy Martin has been part of the scene at Everton for 30 years.

The 68-year-old first drove the team bus, then became the kit man at Goodison Park, ensuring the players have the right clothing for training, travelling and matches.

Martin's experience at the club means he has no problem giving the players his honest views.

“If I’m not happy I tell them - I don’t care who they are," he says.

"It makes no difference to me whether it’s Romelu Lukaku or Gareth Barry. To me, they’re just work-mates."

Martin also reveals how his job has changed over 30 years and his superstitions in the video above.
