The Scout is tipping five players for big success in Gameweek 36 of Fantasy Premier League.

Jacob Bruun Larsen (Burnley) £4.8m

The midfielder’s growing influence on the Burnley attack could prove decisive in their battle to avoid relegation when they face Newcastle United this weekend.

Bruun Larsen has scored three of his five goals this season in the Clarets’ last seven matches, amassing a team-high 35 points in that period.

Crucially, the Dane has scored and earned double-figure hauls in two of his last three home matches in that run.

Bruun Larsen’s totals of 13 shots and nine shots in the box both rank among Burnley’s top two players over their last six matches, while his seven chances created place third.

That underlines his all-round potential against a Newcastle side who have struggled in defence on the road, keeping just one clean sheet in their last 13 away matches.

Chris Wood (Nott’m Forest) £4.8m

The New Zealander could also be a key figure in Gameweek 36 when Nottingham Forest make their way to Sheffield United.

Wood has been involved in a team-high 59 per cent of his side’s goals under Nuno Espirito Santo. He is averaging 6.0 points per match for the Portuguese head coach, scoring nine goals and supplying an assist.

Wood’s 23 shots in the box, 12 big chances and 14 shots on target all rank top for Nott’m Forest since Nuno took charge in Gameweek 18.

That shows his importance to their attack against a Sheff Utd side who have conceded at least four goals in each of their last three matches.

Josko Gvardiol (Man City) £5.0m

Manchester City’s Croatian defender has the form and fixtures to make a major impact in Fantasy over the final three Gameweeks.

Gvardiol has amassed 44 points in his last six appearances thanks to his output at both ends of the pitch. He has combined two goals and an assist with three clean sheets in that spell, also collecting nine bonus points.

His eight shots and six shots in the box both place joint-second among defenders in Fantasy over that period.

Man City’s schedule only adds to Gvardiol’s appeal. They are among only six sides who have four fixtures across the final three Gameweeks, hosting Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Ham United on either side of their Double Gameweek 37 (DGW37) against Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur.

Kai Havertz (Arsenal) £7.5m

Arsenal’s in-form attacker continues to be overlooked by managers in Fantasy due to their lack of a DGW37.

Havertz has delivered double-digit returns against Chelsea and Spurs in the last two Gameweeks, earning 27 points. Yet he is owned in fewer than eight per cent of squads ahead of the Gunners’ home encounter with AFC Bournemouth this weekend.

The German's recent output has continued his renaissance under Mikel Arteta in Fantasy. Indeed, Havertz is the top-scoring player in the game since Gameweek 25, producing 100 points thanks to eight goals and six assists.

A visit to Manchester United in DGW37, followed by a home encounter with Everton, gives Havertz the opportunity to keep thriving as a big differential.

Michael Olise (Crystal Palace) £5.6m

The Crystal Palace midfielder’s form at Selhurst Park looks set to pose huge problems for Man Utd this weekend.

Olise has delivered a double-figure score in each of his last three home starts in Fantasy. He has scored four goals, supplied three assists and picked up 43 points across those contests with Brentford, Sheff Utd and West Ham.

That has helped him average 7.8 points per start this season, compared with the 4.8 of team-mate Eberechi Eze (£6.1m).

Man Utd’s recent displays in defence suggest Olise could be set for another bumper haul in Gameweek 36. The Red Devils have conceded league-high totals of 89 shots in the box and 24 big chances in their last six matches.
