Liverpool have completed the signing of Xherdan Shaqiri.
The 26-year-old Switzerland winger has agreed a long-term contract with Liverpool after moving from Stoke City for an undisclosed fee.
"As a player you always want to be on the biggest stage in football," Shaqiri told the club's official website.
"A few years ago I wanted to come too but it didn't happen. I'm really happy that now I'm finally here. I want to improve myself too, I want to be with the best and I want to win titles."
Shaqiri moved to the Premier League with Stoke in 2015, signing from Inter Milan.
In his three seasons with the Potters, Shaqiri made 84 appearances, scoring 15 goals and providing 15 assists.
He also scored one goal and claimed one assist in four 2018 FIFA World Cup matches for Switzerland.
Shaqiri is Liverpool's third signing of the summer, after Fabinho and Naby Keita.
Liverpool open the new season at home to West Ham United on 12 August.
