Jarrod Bowen scored a goal in either half to send West Ham United into fourth place with a 2-0 win over bottom-club Norwich City.
Bowen was the star of the show at London Stadium, seeing a second-minute shot well saved by Tim Krul and having a goal ruled out for offside before opening the scoring on 42 minutes when he headed in Vladimir Coufal's cross.
The winger then struck a post and clipped the crossbar, while Michail Antonio shot a big chance over the bar from six yards out earlier in the half.
Norwich nearly snatched an equaliser against the run of play but Adam Idah's strike from the edge of the box was superbly saved by Lukasz Fabianski.
And West Ham sealed the win late on when Bowen flicked in Arthur Masuaku's drive across goal.
They go two points above Arsenal but have played a match more. A sixth successive loss without scoring leaves Norwich three points from safety and with the worst goal difference in the division.
