Rodrigo was the matchwinner for Leeds United during a second-half flurry of goals in a 2-1 victory over Norwich City that took Marcelo Bielsa's team out of the bottom three.
After a goalless first half, the match exploded into action with three goals in four minutes and 31 seconds.
Raphinha opened the scoring for Leeds in the 56th minute, collecting Daniel James' pass before firing in.
But fewer than two minutes later the scores were level as Andrew Omobamidele headed in from Milot Rashica’s corner for his first senior goal.
Rodrigo quickly restored Leeds’ lead when he collected Kalvin Phillips’ pass and his shot from 25 yards squirmed under Tim Krul.
A second win of the season lifts Leeds to 17th on 10 points.
Norwich remain bottom on two points, eight from safety, after their winless run in the competition was extended to 20 matches.
