When could Salah break the record for most FPL points in a season?

Liverpool's Egyptian currently sits on 285 points, just 18 points short of equalling the best-ever score in a Fantasy campaign, which was set by Salah himself in his debut season for the Reds in 2017/18.

Salah amassed 303 points in that campaign, averaging 8.4 points per match (ppm).

But he is currently averaging 10.6ppm this season, which suggests Salah will surpass his record in the next two Gameweeks. 

Indeed he could even do so tonight against Gameweek 27 visitors Newcastle United. Salah has already produced an 18-point return against the Magpies this season in Gameweek 14, scoring twice and supplying an assist in a 3-3 draw at St James' Park.
