First-half headers by Tyler Magloire and Lewis Mansell helped Blackburn Rovers complete a 2-1 victory over Norwich to move top of PL2 Division 2.
Blackburn took the lead after 10 minutes when Magloire (pictured) glanced Joe Grayson’s cross into the net.
Grayson was again the provider eight minutes before the interval, picking out Mansell with another pinpoint cross for the hosts to double their lead.
Louis McIntosh gave Norwich City hope with 20 minutes to go when his long punt upfield from a free-kick caught out goalkeeper Andrew Fisher.
In a tense finale sides were reduced to 10 men as Willem Tomlinson and Norwich's Joe Crowe received second yellow cards in stoppage time following an altercation.
But Rovers held on for a win that takes lifts them a point clear of second-placed Aston Villa at the summit with a match in hand.
Norwich's first defeat in seven matches leaves them sixth.
