Teddy Jenks scored twice and Danny Cashman got a goal and an assist as Brighton & Hove Albion took a big step towards Division 1 safety with a 3-0 win over Southampton.
Brighton are now 10 points and three places above Southampton, who occupy the final relegation spot but have four matches left to play compared with the Seagulls' two.
